Manage integrated campaigns across digital, social media, PR, retail/trade marketing, outdoor, and activations. Drive trade marketing, retail visibility, product launches, promotions, and consumer engagement. Work closely with Sales / Commercial teams to drive product demand and market growth. Manage agencies, media partners, influencers, vendors, and other marketing partners. Manage marketing budgets and provide performance reports and recommendations. Key Performance Areas Digital performance. Consumer engagement. Campaign execution. Brand awareness. Retail visibility. Sales & market growth. Marketing ROI. Requirements: Strong commercial, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. Mandatory: Proven professional experience: working with the UK and / or European market. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. FMCG, Food & Beverage, Retail, or Consumer Goods experience: is highly preferred.
