Role Summary Your responsibility is to ensure opportunities move forward, proposals are developed, follow-ups happen, and business is won. This is not a routine sales role. We are not looking for someone whose primary contribution is making calls and sending emails. We are looking for a commercially intelligent operator who can take ownership of opportunities, drive execution, coordinate proposals, engage decision-makers, and convert conversations into measurable business outcomes. We have active opportunities, market engagements, client conversations, and growth initiatives. What You’ll Do Opportunity Pipeline Management: Maintain visibility over all active opportunities. Ensure opportunities do not stall due to poor follow-up or lack of execution Own and manage the organisation's business opportunity pipeline Track and progress opportunities from identification through closure Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth: Expand the company’s client base and revenue streams Develop and execute client acquisition strategies Secure new business opportunities Proposal Development & Commercial Conversion: Convert opportunities into signed engagements and commercial outcomes Lead the development of: Business proposals, Capability statements, Presentations, Expressions of interest and Client solutions Coordinate proposal processes and ensure timely submission Strategic Business Engagement: Build relationships with corporate decision-makers and prospective clients •Conduct meetings, presentations, and opportunity discussions • Position the company’s services effectively within target markets.
