The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, excellent patient experience, staff performance, regulatory compliance, and achievement of the branch\'s strategic and financial objectives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the overall daily operations of the Trauma Center. Ensure the delivery of high-quality and patient-centred healthcare services. Supervise and coordinate the activities of clinical and non-clinical staff. Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and compliance with organisational policies. Ensure effective coordination between medical, nursing, administrative, laboratory, pharmacy, and other support services. Drive revenue growth and support the achievement of branch financial targets. Monitor operational costs and ensure efficient utilisation of resources. Handle patient concerns and ensure timely resolution of complaints. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, organisational policies, and quality standards. Prepare and submit regular operational reports to Management. Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions. Maintain a safe, professional, and efficient work environment. Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of branch staff. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field. Master\'s degree or relevant professional qualification is an added advantage. Minimum of 5 years\' relevant experience: in healthcare/hospital administration or management.
