Maintain professionalism and uphold Brilliance Homecare’s UK-standard care values. Follow daily routines set by the family or care supervisor. Submit daily reports through WhatsApp or the company’s reporting system. Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support. Skills Required: Reliability, honesty, and strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and structured routines. Ability to remain calm and supportive in sensitive situations. Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
