Cross-Functional & Transaction Oversight: Coordinate diverse teams across investment, finance, and transaction execution, ensuring seamless workstream delivery and rigorous technical support. Financial & Operational Governance: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking while establishing and enforcing robust institutional compliance and operating standards. Enterprise Resilience & Problem Solving: Proactively diagnose and resolve complex cross-functional challenges, maintain business continuity, and build a world-class operating platform. Preferred Background & Qualifications 12–20 years of progressive leadership experience: in Private Equity, Infrastructure Investment, Investment Banking, Project Finance, Corporate Finance/M&A, Principal Investment, Family Offices, or Top-Tier Management Consulting.
