And due to expansion, they are currently in need of an IT Officer. Job Resonsibilities: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web, mobile, and backend applications. Translate business and user requirements: into scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions. Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Develop reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, quality assurance personnel, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Participate in project planning, sprint reviews, technical discussions, and solution architecture sessions. Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams when required. Analyze customer and business requirements: to design software products that address operational and customer needs. Recommend improvements and new features based on user feedback and emerging technologies. Ensure software products meet performance, scalability, usability, and security standards. Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, network, and infrastructure issues. Investigate system failures and implement permanent solutions to minimize recurrence. Escalate complex technical issues where necessary and coordinate resolution. Job Requirements: Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Computer Science/IT Minimum of 3 to 5 years of industrial experience: in providing IT support.
