We need a seasoned strategist who can move the needle on revenue while maintaining elite-level client relationships and leading a high-performing sales team. The Role Drive Revenue: Lead sales efforts and targets. Portfolio Management: Curate, maintain and expand the company’s client base within the oil & gas chemical sector. Leadership: Manage, mentor, and track the performance of the sales team. Requirements: Education: B.Eng. (Chemical Engineering), Petroleum Engineering, B. Sc. Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry, or any other relevant University Degree, professional membership or certification is desirable. Chemical Engineer (COREN) or Registered Chemist (ICCON). Experience: minimum of 10 years with at least 5 years in a managerial role (Sales/Commercial). Must have experience: in bids and tendering in the oil & Gas Chemical sector. Industry Context: Prior experience: in Oil & Gas or Chemical services, or sales managerial role is highly preferred.
