Duties Follow established cleaning protocols and health regulations to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. High-standard bathroom care: Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and toilets to perfection. Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests or concerns in a friendly and professional manner. Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine environment throughout the premises.
