Staff documentation and ensuring every staff member has an ID. Computing payroll and sharing payslip for each member of the team. Processing of loan according to company policy Processing health insurance scheme for Staff. Ensure staff undergo training as at when due Processing of staff leave and getting reliever Calculating of SIP Onboarding staff Bonus and commission processing. Recruitment and disengagement. Updating staff record as at when due Ensuring of timely appraisals Posting of job vacancy on job portals Requirements: HND OR BSC in marketing, business administration, media studies, communications, information systems or a related field is required Creative thinking Strong negotiation skills.
