Responsibilities: Diagnose and manage refractive and common ocular conditions, and refer appropriately. Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and assess visual function. Prescribe and oversee optical and therapeutic management within the scope of practice. Maintain accurate clinical records. Support and guide junior optometry staff as assigned. Required skills: Sound clinical record-keeping.Effective communication with patients and colleagues.Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of optometric assessment and clinical eye care appropriate to the role.Ability to diagnose and manage refractive and common ocular conditions.
