Key Responsibilities Generate and convert qualified sales leads. Promote and sell WEPHCO's real estate products and investment opportunities. Conduct client presentations, inspections, and site visits. Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients. Follow up on enquiries and ensure timely client engagement. Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate sales records and submit periodic performance reports. Collaborate with the Marketing and CRM teams to improve lead conversion. Represent WEPHCO at exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or any related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, business development, or real estate marketing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
