Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Mid level Experience: Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - Flexible Hours Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Diagnose revenue, conversion, efficiency, and profitability gaps across our ventures, one deep dive per week, on rotation. Research and validate practical solutions using primary sources and approved data no guessing, no inflated claims. Turn findings into clear, structured recommendations: what to build, why, the effort involved, and the expected impact. Prepare campaign, funnel, automation, and creative briefs, then build the approved creative assets yourself (or coordinate their creation). Create content video and graphics as needed. Quality-check your own and others' work brand accuracy, copy, links, mobile display, and conversion flow before anything goes near "live." Report your findings and results on a clear weekly and daily rhythm, and escalate blockers early rather than waiting for the next check-in. Requirements: Experience: in growth marketing, digital strategy, or a similarly analytical and creative hybrid role.
