We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the hotel and ensure exceptional guest service. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily hotel operations across all departments. Ensure guests receive excellent service and promptly resolve complaints or concerns. Prepare operational reports and provide updates to hotel management. Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Monitor inventory levels and report operational needs or shortages. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations. Handle emergency situations and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken. Assist in staff training, onboarding, and performance evaluations. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality standards. Support revenue-generating activities and help achieve hotel occupancy and service targets. Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures. Assist in scheduling staff shifts and maintaining adequate staffing levels. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience: in hotel operations, hospitality supervision, or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
