We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Business Manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth coordination across all departments. This role requires someone who can drive efficiency, maintain discipline, improve workflow, and support business growth across customer service, procurement, production, quality control, and administration. The ideal candidate must be a strong leader with excellent operational, people management, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the CRM and operational systems are properly updated, cleaned, and used effectively for visibility, tracking, and business control. Prepare and present regular operational and performance reports to management with clear action points. Enforce staff discipline, performance standards, teamwork, and a culture of continuous improvement across the business. Supervise Customer Service, Procurement, Production, Quality Control, and administrative staff to ensure efficiency, accountability, and productivity. Ensure all departments work in alignment so that production, quality, and delivery targets are consistently achieved. Carry out any other managerial or operational duties assigned by management from time to time. Monitor every customer order from intake to final delivery to ensure proper workflow, quality output, and timely completion. Oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination across all departments. Support management in driving sales, customer satisfaction, profitability, and overall business growth. Identify operational bottlenecks early and implement practical solutions to improve productivity and service delivery. Requirements: Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
