We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executiveto drive revenue growth, expand partnerships, and increase market presence within the eye healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic marketing initiatives, securing business opportunities, and promoting the hospital’s eye care services to corporate organizations, HMOs, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HMOs, referral partners, and key stakeholders. Prepare and submit proposals, tenders, and quotations for business opportunities. Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients. Monitor performance metrics and prepare periodic business development reports. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Negotiate contracts and service agreements to secure profitable partnerships. Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to enhance the hospital’s brand visibility and increase awareness of eye care services. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 3 – 5 years of proven experience: in healthcare marketing, hospital sales, business development, or a similar role. Proven track record of winning contracts and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of hospital processes, healthcare sales, and systems. Experience: with tenders and contract negotiations is an added advantage. Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
