Key Responsibilities: Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and courteous manner. Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate product information. Perform quality checks on cookware before packaging and dispatch. Wrap and package cookware to company standards. Maintain accurate records through timely data entry. Ensure products are properly labeled and prepared for delivery. Keep the front desk and work area clean and organized. Report product defects or quality issues to management. Assist with administrative and operational tasks as assigned. Uphold company policies and maintain high service standards. Qualifications Minimum of an OND qualification.
