Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and drive the Foundation's vision and growth. Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation. Lead fundraising, donor engagement, and revenue-generation initiatives. Foster a high-performing, inclusive, and mission-driven organizational culture. Serve as the Foundation's primary spokesperson and advocate. Work closely with the Board of Directors to achieve organizational goals.
