We are looking for a skilled, professional, and client-focused Spa Therapist to join our team and provide exceptional spa and wellness treatments while ensuring every client receives a relaxing, safe, and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues where necessary. Maintain accurate client treatment records and document relevant observations. Educate clients on suitable skincare and body-care routines where appropriate. Perform treatments using approved techniques, products, and equipment. Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, products, and supplies before appointments. Provide professional spa treatments, including massages, body treatments, and other assigned wellness services. Provide appropriate after-treatment care guidance to clients. Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety before, during, and after treatments. Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and treatment expectations. Support the team in achieving excellent customer satisfaction and service standards. Ensure clients are comfortable and properly informed throughout their treatment. Ensure treatment areas and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained. Maintain a professional and welcoming relationship with clients to encourage repeat visits. Recommend appropriate treatments based on clients’ needs and within the scope of professional practice. Keep up to date with industry trends, treatment techniques, and professional best practices. Requirements: Professional, well-groomed, and confident appearance. Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team. Minimum of ND in a relevant field; certification in Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or a related discipline is an added advantage. Ability to communicate effectively with different types of clients. Proven experience: as a Spa Therapist, Beauty Therapist, Massage Therapist, or similar role. Willingness to learn new treatments, techniques, and products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and client safety standards. Good knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, skincare, and spa procedures. Strong customer-service orientation and a pleasant personality.
