You'll drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales by building the right creator partnerships—owning campaigns from concept to results. Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute influencer strategies aligned with brand and product-launch goals across accessories, home appliances, and more Source, onboard, and build lasting relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies—negotiating deliverables, timelines, and compensation Run campaigns end-to-end: creative briefs, product seeding, content delivery, and brand-guideline compliance Curate content quality in partnership with design, social, and product marketing teams Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, CPE, ROI) and turn insights into optimization recommendations Manage budgets and negotiate cost-effective partnerships Stay ahead of competitor activity, emerging creators, and platform trends Collaborate across Product Marketing, Digital, PR, E-commerce, and Sales to support launches, campaigns, and events Job Requirements: Proven experience: in influencer or social media marketing Strong network of creators, agencies, and talent managers Sharp eye for content quality and brand storytelling Data-driven approach to campaign performance and budgeting Excellent negotiation, communication, and project-management skills.
