We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: CNG Logistics Manager Locations: Falomo, Ikoyi - Lagos and Kano Employment Type: Full-time Department: Operations / Logistics Reports To: Head of SCM / Operations Job Summary The CNG Logistics Manager will oversee end-to-end CNG transportation and logistics operations supporting the Lagos and Kano IPP sites. The role requires strong hands-on experience: in CNG logistics management, CNG skids, gas transfer operations, truck scheduling, and supply coordination to ensure uninterrupted plant operations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the Obajana–Kano logistics corridor and resolve transportation challenges. Monitor the condition and safe operation of CNG skids, trailers, hoses, valves, and related equipment. Plan and monitor CNG delivery schedules to maintain continuous gas supply. Respond promptly to logistics and CNG operational issues affecting plant availability. Coordinate CNG trucks, logistics vendors, drivers, and supervisors. Oversee CNG skid loading, unloading, storage, and gas transfer operations. Monitor CNG inventory, consumption, and replenishment requirements. Liaise with gas suppliers, plant teams, transporters, and other stakeholders to ensure supply continuity. Ensure compliance with applicable CNG, HSE, operational, and transportation requirements. Track logistics KPIs, delivery performance, downtime, truck utilization, and turnaround time. Manage CNG transportation, dispatch, delivery, and truck turnaround across Lagos and Kano. Qualifications & Experience: Strong mechanical / electrical understanding of CNG logistics equipment. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure operational environment. Good knowledge of the Obajana–Kano route and Northern logistics corridor. 3–5 years’ hands-on experience: specifically in CNG logistics operations, preferably in the gas, power, oil & gas, or energy sector. Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Practical knowledge of CNG skids, CNG trailers, gas loading/unloading and transfer systems. Experience: managing CNG trucks, logistics vendors, drivers, and multi-location operations. Salary N350,000 - N400,000 / month, based on experience.
