We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. Key Responsibilities: Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support month-end and year-end closing procedures. Monitor outstanding invoices and support payment follow-ups. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations. Assist with payroll and expense processing where required. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting documents. Assist auditors and senior finance staff with required documentation and information. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned. Ensure accounting records comply with company policies and applicable regulations. Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. Requirements: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good understanding of basic accounting principles. Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. 3-5years of relevant accounting experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Good organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling financial information.
