Your job will entail working in the factory to produce quality and functional furniture products We are looking for a qualified Carpenter to cut, fabricate and install wooden and other structures according to specifications. Responsibilities: Ensure joints are secure and pieces fit together correctly. Read and understand blueprints, sketches, and design specifications. Provide input on design improvements and production processes. Keep the work area clean and organized. Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to cut, shape, and form parts. Use protective equipment and ensure a safe working environment. Work closely with other team members, including designers, carpenters, and finishers. Inspect materials for quality and suitability. Measure and mark materials according to specifications. Make necessary adjustments or repairs. Choose appropriate materials (wood, metal, fabric, etc.) based on design and functionality. Inspect completed pieces for accuracy, quality, and adherence to design specifications. Maintain detailed logs of work processes and completed tasks. Maintain and repair tools and equipment.
