We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee procurement, contracting, supplier management, logistics, and supply chain execution activities. Responsibilities: You’ll help our oil and gas clients succeed by: Supervising service entry review and validation processes to ensure compliance with contractual and purchase order requirements. Overseeing materials management, expediting, and inbound logistics activities to ensure timely availability and delivery of materials required for operations Acting as the primary escalation point for supply chain execution issues and coordinating stakeholders to minimise operational disruption. Managing supplier and vendor performance activities, including onboarding, coordination, and issue resolution. Supervising supply chain personnel across procurement, contracting, logistics, materials management, supplier management, and service entry functions. Monitoring team performance, workload allocation, and service delivery against agreed operational targets. Overseeing procurement and purchasing activities to support timely acquisition of goods and services. Leading contracting administration activities, including contract documentation, variations, and execution support. Requirements: You’re a strong candidate if you have: 5–8 years of experience: in procurement, contracting, supply chain operations, logistics, or supplier management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or a related discipline; with a minimum of Second-Class Lower (2.2) GPA. Advance Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/SCM systems. Experience: using Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is preferred. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, APICS, CSCP, CPIM, PMP, Six Sigma) will be an advantage. Experience: working in oil & gas, energy, or large industrial environments is preferred.
