The role is primarily remote, with the successful candidate required to report to the office once or twice a week and work online on other days. We are seeking a competent, detail-oriented,experienced,reliable,creative,and proactive Social Media Handler / Content Creator to manage and grow the company's digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design professional Canva flyers, carousels, motion graphics, promotional materials, and other social media assets. Develop creative content ideas that increase audience engagement and brand visibility. Ensure all content consistently reflects the company's brand identity. Identify and leverage relevant social media trends, sounds, hashtags, and content formats. Apply proper knowledge of camera angles, lighting, framing, sound, composition, and visual storytelling. Collaborate with management and other team members to develop campaign ideas. Edit short-form and long-form videos using CapCut and other relevant editing tools. Shoot high-quality videos using an iPhone or similar mobile device. Manage and grow the company's social media platforms. Create and publish engaging daily content across relevant platforms. Track social media performance and provide regular reports on key metrics. Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions. Write engaging captions, hooks, and calls to action. Create Reels, TikToks, Stories, promotional videos, educational content, and other engaging formats. Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices. Requirements: & Qualifications Proven experience: creating and managing content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and YouTube. Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement. Strong attention to detail and brand awareness. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent content output. Strong understanding of lighting, sound, camera angles, framing, and video composition. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrable experience: in video shooting and editing. Strong practical knowledge of Canva and CapCut.
