We are seeking a competent, detailed orientedProcurement Specialist (Remote) to join its team. The Key Responsibilities: Verify that supplier quotations comply with client specifications, contractual requirements, and company quality standards. Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies that improve bid competitiveness, supplier performance, and procurement efficiency. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and commercial teams to resolve technical and commercial queries during the bidding process. Maintain and continuously update a comprehensive supplier database covering major oil and gas equipment manufacturers and distributors. Evaluate supplier quotations based on technical compliance, pricing, delivery schedules, warranty, and commercial terms. Identify and evaluate alternative suppliers that meet client specifications and quality requirements. Source competitive quotations from OEMs, authorized distributors, local representatives, and international buying houses. Ensure supplier quotations are obtained within bid submission timelines. Review customer RFQs and interpret technical and commercial requirements. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with global OEMs, manufacturers, and strategic suppliers.
