Monitor construction, fit-out, furniture installation, and finishing activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Liaise with project managers and the construction lead. Maintain accurate records of manpower, materials, site activities, and equipment. Support project documentation, handover processes, and close-out activities.
