We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Admin / HR Officer Locations: Lugbe, Karu, Kuje, and Life Camp – Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining staff records, attendance and discipline, coordinating branch administrative activities, supporting recruitment and onboarding, managing correspondence and documentation, monitoring office facilities and supplies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Admin/HR Officer will support the effective administration and human-resource management of the assigned branch. The officer will also serve as an important link between the branch and the Head Office on administrative and HR matters. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files. Ensure new employees complete required documentation before resumption. Prepare HR reports and submit required weekly/monthly branch reports. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures and staff regulations. Handle routine staff concerns and escalate sensitive matters appropriately. Support recruitment, interviews, onboarding and staff documentation. Assist with performance monitoring and periodic staff evaluations. Support staff welfare and employee engagement activities. Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, leave, movements and general conduct. Administration: Maintain branch registers, including visitors, attendance, assets and official movements. Maintain proper filing and retrieval systems for company documents. Coordinate routine office maintenance and report faults requiring attention. Manage branch correspondence, memos, notices and official communications. Monitor office supplies, stationery, equipment and other administrative resources. Ensure the branch office remains organised, functional and professionally presented. Liaise with Head Office and other departments on administrative requirements. Coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of the branch. Support meetings, inspections, events and other company activities. Branch Operations Support: Assist in coordinating branch meetings and follow-up on assigned action points. Support the documentation and resolution of client complaints and administrative issues. Ensure branch staff comply with approved working schedules and reporting requirements. Support Sales/Marketing. Maintain proper records of branch activities and submit timely reports. Monitor adherence to branch operational procedures. Requirements: 2–4 years' relevant experience: in Administration, HR or a similar role. Applicants should preferably reside within or close to the branch location they are applying for. Strong knowledge of office administration and HR processes. Bachelor's Degree / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Relations, Public Administration or a related discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Added Advantage: Previous experience: supporting branch operations. Experience: working in a multi-branch organisation. Knowledge or previous experience: in real estate, property development, construction or related industries.
