The Truck Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of goods from designated pickup locations to delivery destinations. The driver is expected to operate the assigned truck responsibly, comply with road traffic regulations and company safety policies, maintain accurate trip documentation, and ensure the security of the vehicle and cargo throughout each journey. Key Responsibilities: Safe Driving and Vehicle Operation Cargo Handling and Delivery Trip and Route Management Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules. Report delays, accidents, breakdowns, traffic incidents, or route challenges promptly. Communicate regularly with the Fleet/Operations team during trips. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO or equivalent. Must possess a valid Nigerian driver\'s licence appropriate for the class G /type of truck being operated. Minimum of 3–5 years\' experience: driving trucks/heavy-duty vehicles, depending on the company\'s requirements. Experience: in haulage, logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, oil & gas, or a related industry is an advantage. Demonstrable experience: on long-distance routes is an advantage.
