The Managing Director will provide strategic leadership and overall direction for the firm’s asset management operations. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion. Develop and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy. Investment & Portfolio Management: Oversee asset allocation, portfolio performance, and risk management. Implement investment strategies to maximize returns for clients. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations. Ensure full compliance with SEC regulations and corporate governance standards. Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with investors, clients, and key stakeholders. Drive client acquisition and retention strategies. Operational Excellence: Lead and mentor senior management and investment teams. Foster a culture of innovation, integrity, and performance. Qualifications & Requirements: Must be an SEC Sponsored Individual, approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). MBA or Master’s Degree (preferred). Minimum 10 years’ experience: in asset management, investment banking, or related financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Strong knowledge of Nigerian capital markets and compliance frameworks.
