We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Finance Manager Location: Ibadan, Oyo Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The Finance Manager will oversee the financial health of the organization, providing strategic financial leadership across our diversified business lines, ensuring sound financial management, regulatory compliance, and support for business growth objectives. Key Functions & Responsibilities: Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory filings, and financial reporting standards Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across business units Support budgeting and financial planning for manufacturing, agriculture, and hospitality segments Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management/board Supervise and develop finance/accounting team members Monitor cost structures and identify areas for cost optimization Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, regulators, and tax authorities Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger functions Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making Develop and enforce internal controls and financial policies Qualifications Minimum of ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) certification Experience: Minimum of 3 years post-qualification industry experience.
