Maintain accurate records of farm activities, production data, and financial reports Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Manage farm workers, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with work standards. Work closely with the Head of Farm Security to safeguard farm assets and produce. Develop and implement farm budgets, production schedules, and operational strategies. Requirements: Degree / Diploma in Agriculture, Crop Science, Agronomy, or related field. Minimum of 3 years proven experience: in farm management (crop or mixed farming preferred). Must be based in or willing to work in Ogbomoso Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills.
