Our Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) division manages a growing portfolio of residential estates, institutional buildings, industrial parks, and road infrastructure projects across multiple states. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Project Management Officer (PMO Construction) Location: Nigeria Employment Type: Full Time Key Responsibilities: Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of all ongoing projects and their performance status. Support coordination between Engineering, QS, Procurement, Finance, HSE, Operations and other relevant departments. Perform any other project management duties assigned by Management. Support Project Managers in developing and implementing recovery plans for delayed or underperforming projects. Monitor project progress against approved work plans, schedules, budgets and milestones. Track project costs and commitments against approved budgets and escalate significant variances. Monitor project risks and ensure appropriate mitigation actions are identified and followed through. Maintain and update the Company's project management templates, trackers and reporting systems. Coordinate weekly and monthly project performance reviews with Project Managers and site teams. Ensure project teams comply with approved project management procedures and reporting requirements. Conduct periodic project/site monitoring visits and report findings to the Head, PMO. Track project deliverables and ensure delays, cost variances and other issues are promptly identified and escalated. Review project reports and provide timely updates on project status, progress, cost, risks and challenges. Monitor project documentation, including work programmes, progress reports, risk registers, variation records and project close-out documents. Follow up on action points arising from project meetings and ensure timely closure. Prepare consolidated project performance reports for Management.
