Read more about this company Sales Executive Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND , OND Experience Location Lagos Job Field Sales and Business Development Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time hybrid position based in Lagos, with a mix of on-site client meetings and office work, as well as some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, following up on leads, conducting property viewings, and presenting suitable real estate options based on clients’ preferences and budgets. The Sales Executive will prepare and negotiate offers, support clients through closing processes, and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions. The role also involves building long-term relationships with clients, collaborating with internal teams on marketing and property promotions, and staying informed about market trends, pricing, and new developments. Qualifications Proven sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills within real estate or related sectors. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse clients and stakeholders. Ability to conduct market research, analyze property data, and provide informed recommendations to clients. Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and basic office software for lead management and reporting. Self-motivated with strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment. Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market and local property regulations is an advantage. Minimum of a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in real estate sales or property development is highly beneficial.
