We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Senior Operations Readiness & Assurance (OR&A) Advisor - JVO Offshore Asset Location : Lagos Job Type: Full Time Industry: Oil & Gas Requirements: Strong technical writing, presentation, coaching and people-development capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science. Good knowledge of engineering standards, regulatory requirements, quality management systems and corporate management systems. Strong knowledge of Hydrocarbon Production, Operations Readiness & Assurance, Commissioning and Start-Up. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and work effectively across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, HSE and Project disciplines. Minimum of 10 years’ experience: in Oil & Gas Production Operations and/or Maintenance, with exposure to both projects and operational environments. Strong experience: in HAZID, HAZOP, pre-start-up assurance and operational readiness reviews. Proven understanding of project execution, construction, testing, inspection, turnover and handover processes.
