They will ensure the project finishes on time and within budget by managing timelines, allocating resources, and supervising on-site operations. They will also handle vendor negotiations and enforce strict safety and quality standards in alignment with the brand’s premium standards, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day construction site operations. Coordinate contractors, artisans, suppliers, and site workers. Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites. Supervise quantity and quality control. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Prepare real-time project reports and provide regular updates to management. Ensure maximum compliance with safety regulations and construction standards. De-escalate and Resolve site-related issues, ensuring smooth project workflow. Coordinate efforts across entire projects; between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors. Managing stakeholder and clients. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields. 3–4 years of experience: in a similar construction/project management role Knowledgeable in BOQ design, detailing and material costing. Excellent at blueprints understanding and interpretation. Experience: with Steel Fabrication and construction works. Proximity to Gbagada-Ogudu axis is PREFERRED. Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, lead procurement and control costs. Proficiency in project management and construction reporting tools is preferred. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with high level of accuracy in calculations. Fluent communication and emotional intelligence for team leadership. Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
