Supervising and guiding a team of tailors & others, providing training, and evaluating performance. Conducting quality checks on finished garments, ensuring they meet customer requirements and company standards. Creating and managing patterns, markers, and grading to ensure accurate and efficient cutting. Overseeing fabric selection, ordering, and inventory management to minimise waste and ensure sufficient stock. Interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with finished products. Coordinating production schedules, setting deadlines, and allocating tasks to team members. Identifying and resolving production issues, such as fabric defects or equipment malfunctions. Ensuring sewing machines and other equipment are in good working condition. Ensuring a safe working environment and adhering to safety protocols. Ensuring timely completion of orders and meeting production targets. Working with designers to understand design requirements and ensure accurate production. Keeping up-to-date with fashion trends, techniques, and industry developments. Identifying training needs and developing the skills of team members. Requirements: Minimum qualification of a Diploma. 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
