We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Pattern Drafter / Pattern Development Specialist Location: Lagos Responsibilities: Grade patterns accurately across sizes. Draft patterns for women's wear including dresses, tops, skirts, trousers, jackets and corsetry. Maintain an organised pattern library and ensure patterns are properly labelled for production. Understand how different fabrics affect fit, construction and pattern development. Conduct fittings and identify/correct fit and construction issues. Translate sketches and approved samples into accurate patterns. Work closely with Production, QC and Tailors to resolve technical issues. Requirements: Excellent manual pattern-drafting skills.
