Key Responsibilities: Contractor & Crew Supervision: Lead sub-contractors, site supervisors, and field workers to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety protocols. Project Scheduling & Cost Control: Manage site resources, heavy machinery, labor, and construction timelines to keep projects within budget and schedule. Site Management & Execution: Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring road design specifications, alignment, and grading are strictly executed. Technical Compliance: Review design drawings (AutoCAD/Civil 3D), bills of quantities (BOQs), and resolve structural or utility conflicts on-site. Material & Quality Control: Perform and verify field tests (compaction, soil bearing capacity, asphalt density, slump tests) in coordination with geotechnical teams. Inspection & Reporting: Conduct routine site inspections and submit detailed daily/weekly progress reports to project managers and stakeholders. Requirements: & Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of verified, hands-on experience: in road, highway, or heavy civil construction projects. (Mandatory) Professional Registration: Professional certification (e.g., COREN, NSE, or equivalent engineering board) is an added advantage.
