The successful candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, staff development, HR policies, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives. Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including interviews, onboarding, and employee orientation. Develop and maintain effective employee performance management systems. Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally. Develop staff training, learning, and career development initiatives. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. Monitor attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and other employee-related processes.
