The Technical Support Engineer ensures Baker Hughes can deliver flawless execution through involvement in pre-planning, job execution, and post job analysis. This position works seamlessly together with the Service Delivery Coordinators and other resources across organizational boundaries to ensure all aspects and constraints of the application is understood and has been considered. Responsibilities: As a Technical Support Engineer , you will be responsible for: Advise on product improvement opportunities for repetitive component / product failures Working together with all disciplines and stakeholders to ensure all aspects and constraints of the application and suggested products/services has been considered Performing offset well / similar job analysis to understand application hazards and incident potential Working with the Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesman to ensure any risk of meeting the clients objective is communicated to the client using the appropriate channels/processes for the respective client Ensuring investigation is in line with the latest process for failure investigations and considers the end to end process, from job planning, preparation, execution in order to determine the incident root cause and drive appropriate corrective actions to enable flawless execution Being responsible for providing sales support and product application recommendations Comparing job as planned versus job as executed and document any lessons learned to ensure opportunity for continuous improvement .
