The role requires strong practical knowledge of diesel engines and generator systems, the ability to diagnose complex faults, and the capacity to work independently on challenging field assignments and emergency breakdowns. Min Qualification: OND Experience: Level: Mid level Experience: Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control faults in industrial diesel generator sets. Carry out routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance. Perform engine repairs, major repairs, and complete or partial engine overhauls. Troubleshoot and repair fuel, cooling, lubrication, and exhaust systems. Diagnose and rectify starting, charging, and electrical control faults. Inspect generator sets and identify mechanical, electrical, and operational abnormalities. Carry out generator installation, commissioning, testing, and start-up activities when required.
