If you have a strong eye for detail, understand how to create engaging visual content, and can take a project from shooting through to final production, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Produce engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms. Capture high-quality drone footage where applicable. Handle video editing, colour grading, transitions, sound, and overall post-production. Capture property, corporate, promotional, social media, and lifestyle content. Organise and maintain video files and footage appropriately. Operate cameras and other video production equipment effectively. Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for the company. Collaborate with the marketing and content team to develop creative video concepts. Ensure all video content meets professional visual and brand standards. Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling ideas. What We Are Looking For Any other relevant/related experience: is an added advantage. Experience: creating social media content is an advantage. Creativity and the ability to bring fresh ideas to video content. Strong portfolio demonstrating your videography and editing skills. Excellent understanding of framing, composition, camera movement, lighting, and visual storytelling. Proven experience: as a Videographer, Cinematographer, or in a similar role. Strong editing skills with good transitions, pacing, and colour grading. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Drone operation experience: is non-negotiable. Portfolio Requirement: Applicants are required to submit samples of their previous work along with their application. For each sample, please indicate whether you were responsible for: Editing. Colour grading. Shooting. Drone operation. The entire production. Applicants with drone experience: should also include 2–3 samples of their drone footage: We are particularly interested in seeing examples that demonstrate: Smooth and intentional transitions. Creativity and visual storytelling. Good camera movement and composition. Good editing and pacing. Strong colour grading. Overall production quality. Professional cinematography. High-quality drone footage, where applicable. Location: The role is based in Ajah, Lagos. If you live outside Ajah but can comfortably commute to Ajah on a daily basis, you are also welcome to apply.
