We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, B2C Location: Nigeria Purpose To support the Financial Planning & Analysis function by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, forecasting performance, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management. The Job Analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities. Build Financial models and evaluate Project risks and returns. Prepare and distribute accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency within the FP&A function. Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Develop financial models, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making. Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and explanations. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess business performance. Support evaluation of investment opportunities, business cases, and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to understand business drivers. Requirements: Qualifications: MBA is an added advantage. HND / Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, or CFA) is required Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant experience: in FP&A, Project finance, or consulting. Familiarity with ERP systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics 365) is an added advantage. Experience: in FMCG or a top-tier consulting firm is required The Person Must: Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling tool. Have strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Have strong business acumen and problem-solving ability.
