We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Maintenance Personnel Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Summary The ideal candidate will perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to guarantee a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for guests and staff. We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Personnel to ensure the proper upkeep of the hotel’s facilities, equipment, and systems. Key Responsibilities: Assist in setting up equipment or facilities for events and functions. Repair or replace defective equipment, fixtures, and fittings. Report major maintenance issues or hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory of tools and supplies. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Support other departments with technical assistance as required. Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance workshop and storage areas. Qualifications & Skills Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and understand technical manuals and safety procedures. Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems. OND, HND, or vocational/technical training in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or a related field. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physically fit with the ability to lift, bend, and work in varying conditions. Proven experience: in hotel, facility, or property maintenance (preferred).
