We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Business Development Manager Code: BDM2026-Lagos Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Job Schedule: Full time Key Responsibilities: Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets. Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution Developing and pitching ideas for potential investors. Mobilise deposits through the sales of wide range of Products (Commercial Papers, Bonds, Bond Fund, Nominated Funds and other Investment products) Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness Leading the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities promotion and growth Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals Training and mentoring to other members of the team. Delivers presentations on client portfolios and recent market trends. See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics Working with the management to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.) Advises clients on the best investment opportunities and strategies for their lifestyle. Analyzing current and past financial data and providing strategies to cut costs and increase revenue Requirements: Ability to demonstrate high degree of numerical, verbal and analytical competence. First Degree in any of the disciplines such as (Economics, Marketing, Banking & Finance and Business Administration).A post graduate degree will be an added an advantage. Strong grasp of Excel demonstrated by ability to build, monitor, review and update complex and analyses; Ability to evolve appropriate business strategy and operations, processes and key drivers to drive profitability and ROI. Personable team player, with the ability to gain confidence and trust of colleagues. A minimum of 5 years banking experience: in a Relationship Management role.
