Assist in maintaining effective communication and coordination across departments to ensure smooth project execution. Serve as a key point of contact for clients, vendors, creatives, and internal teams, ensuring enquiries, requests, and concerns are promptly addressed and followed up. Provide general administrative and operational support to management and creative teams. Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, project resources, client requests, vendor activities, and other operational documentation. Support the management of company materials, equipment, creative tools, and supplies, including receiving, recording, organizing, and issuing items as required. Manage client communication and coordinate the resolution of project-related requests, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience. Assist with the coordination of project schedules, meetings, deliveries, installations, and other operational activities. Perform other duties and responsibilities: as may reasonably be assigned by Management from time to time. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and other service providers to coordinate project requirements: and deliverables. Support the coordination and execution of day-to-day creative projects, ensuring tasks, materials, and resources are available when required.
