Key responsibilities: include, but are not limited to: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive evidence-based Outcomes across the clinic. Develop, implement and monitor quality, occupational health, safety and compliance policies and Oversee infection-control activities across all patient-care areas Of the clinic (consulting rooms, treatment/ infusion rooms, lobby/reception areas). Advise staff health, workplace safety, and promote employee well-being. Maintain full regulatory compliance and continuous inspection/ accreditation readiness. Investigate incidents, complaints and poor-quality outcomes and ensure timely resolution.
