This role goes beyond execution, requiring strong strategic thinking, performance ownership, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, CRM, Growth, and Design teams. The ideal candidate is a high-impact storyteller and operator who can translate product value into compelling narratives that drive acquisition, activation, and retention. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Own Kredi's Content Strategy Develop monthly and quarterly content strategies aligned with business objectives and ensure content supports customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and product adoption. Lead Social Media Content & Brand Storytelling Own Kredi Bank's social media content strategy across all platforms. Plan and manage the production of videos/reels, carousels, static creatives and stories. Identify relevant trends and cultural moments that strengthen brand visibility and ensure all content reflects Kredi Bank's brand voice and positioning. Drive Product Marketing Content Partner closely with the Product and Growth teams to create content that supports product launches and feature adoption. Develop content for savings products, loans, business Banking, payments, cards, new product launches and product updates. Own Lifecycle Marketing Content Develop and optimize content that improves customer activation and retention across CRM channels. Manage SEO & Educational Content Own Kredi Bank's long-form content strategy.
