We are looking for an Architect who combines creativity with strong technical and construction knowledge -someone who can move confidently from the drawing board to the construction site and translate design concepts into practical, buildable solutions. Responsibilities: Support the Project Team in ensuring projects are delivered to the required quality, design and technical standards. Interpret and coordinate architectural, structural and MEP drawings to ensure seamless project execution. Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, standards and project requirements. Review construction progress to ensure alignment with approved architectural drawings and specifications. Design, redesign and modify existing building plans in response to project requirements. Develop architectural designs and concepts for residential, commercial and other building projects. Conduct site visits and provide architectural input during construction. Make necessary design adjustments and provide practical solutions to construction challenges. Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, layouts and specifications. Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors and other project professionals. Requirements: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple project requirements. Demonstrable experience: in designing and redesigning different types of buildings. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Strong design, visualization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in relevant architectural design and drafting software. Good communication, coordination and documentation skills. Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams. Good knowledge of building construction processes and materials. Strong ability to interpret both structural and MEP drawings. Minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience: in a building construction environment.
