Key Deliverables Production Planning & Execution Planning to deliver the sales demand ensuring effective utilization of assets at optimum cost of operations. Liaison with central and local procurement for effective planning of raw and packing materials ensuring availability as well as monitoring inventory norms. Analyze breakdowns and put corrective measures to improve OEE. Lead the AM Pillar team in WCM / Operational Excellence and support other pillars on production related requirements. Control over warehouses for raw & packing materials and finished goods. Ensure compliance to Safety and Food Safety requirements: from manufacturing function. Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory and statutory requirements. Review and monitor operating budgets. Requirements: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering from a reputed institute. 10+ years of experience: in FMCG companies of repute preferably bottling / aseptic dairy products with a minimum of 3 years of experience: as Head of Manufacturing / Production department. Experience: of managing high speed PET bottling lines and Tetrapak lines. A hands-on experience: of implementing TPM or WCM / Operational Excellence is a must. Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma would be an added advantage. Experience: of managing production function of a bottling plant, preferably aseptic dairy technology with Tetrapak and Sidel bottling lines. Strong people management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage complexity. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Good communication skills. Good negotiation skills.
